We never had a day that we didn't laugh even though it was a struggle to find the home we wanted for less money than we had.  Cherry kept on top of it everyday, several times, until just the right home came up.  She called and said we had to go and we wrote contingent on seeing it at the open house the next day because we couldn't see it on Saturday.  We got it!!!  There were five other couples at the open house when we were there and two other contracts came in that day.  She took good care of us even though we were 45 minutes apart.

I would definitely recommend Cherry to anyone that I know!

I met Cherry six years ago when she was at the bedside of a friend that I was nursing.  She was writing notes on a personal note pad from the real estate company she worked for.  We talked and she followed up with us since our other agent dumped us.  Cherry was patient and called, emailed, dropped off printoffs, and showed us many homes over six years.  Finally, the day came and we found the one that we knew we wanted, but we had to see it four times before writing on it.  She listed our home and took care of all the detail necessary and had it sold in just one week.  We closed the next month.  She had to be glad to get rid of us.  We miss her so we just call to keep in touch.  She seems like part of the family.  We were very lucky to have her.  Maybe it was just meant to be.

We met Cherry when we were out looking at open houses and saw her sign on a home that we always thought we wanted if it was ever for sale.  We made an appointment with her to see the home that evening and she came over to our home and visited with us and we talked about what price she would list our home at.  We connected instantly and even our son Blake really bonded with Cherry.  She has since became one of the family, eating dinners with us and going out to eat and just talking on the phone together.  We didn't buy that home, but Cherry listed our home and sold us one about 3 months after that Sunday and we will be in our new home this month.  Because we think so much of Cherry as our agent, she will be listing one of our parent's home in April of this year, 2003.  We will remain friends long after the closing.  We highly recommend Cherry Sanders to be your agent too!  You won't be sorry.
